The frameworks to be covered – Competency-based clinical supervision models, nursing professional standards aligned with NMBA expectations, preceptorship best-practice guidelines, Benner’s Novice-to-Expert model, structured feedback models such as Pendleton and SBI, and clinical learning environment standards for safe and effective student support.
